We will then help identify the most suitable tutor and study option for you, including specialised subjects or classes that may not currently be listed on the website.

Important: The initial consultation does not include teaching. Its purpose is to understand your needs, match you with the right tutor, and arrange the most suitable specialised class.

What Happens After the Consultation?

  1. We understand your learning needs

    A member of our management or expert support team will meet with you and record your learning requirements, preferred subject, current level, goals, and availability.

  2. We review specialised requests

    You may request a subject, topic, or specialised class even when it is not currently listed on the Smart Learning Academy website.

  3. We identify the right tutor

    Our team will review your request and coordinate with the most suitable available tutor.

  4. You receive a recommendation within 24 hours

    We will send you an email containing:

    • The recommended tutor’s details
    • Information about the proposed one-to-one class
    • The recommended session duration, such as 45 or 60 minutes
    • The applicable session price
    • A private booking link showing the tutor’s available time slots

  5. You select a suitable appointment

    Use the private booking link to choose a date and time based on the recommended tutor’s availability.

  6. You complete payment and confirm the lesson

    After selecting a suitable appointment, complete the stated payment to confirm the one-to-one tutoring session.

The tutor will recommend the appropriate lesson duration and price based on the subject, learning goals, and amount of support required.
